Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover. We only take payment once your order has been shipped. We also accept payment by PayPal or Amazon Pay. If you decide to use either of these two methods, you’ll be taken to either the PayPal or Amazon Pay website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and process your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within five business days of an item being returned and received by us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Ordering and delivery

Can I place an order without creating an account?

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just visit https://www.yourstorename.com/register and follow the instructions on-screen.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

When will my order arrive?

All Australia orders are dispatched from Melbourne, VIC.

  • Delivery made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday. Products normally dispatched within 2 business days. 
  • VIC and NSW metro areas delivered within 2-7 business days after order is placed.
  • All other areas within 5-9 business days after your order is placed.

*Some rural deliveries may take longer.

SHIPPING TO AUSTRALIA

We offer free shipping on orders over $90 or a $9.99 flat rate on all other orders for Australia.

All Australia orders are dispatched from Melbourne, VIC.

  • VIC and NSW metro areas delivered within 2-7 business days after order is placed.
  • All other areas within 5-9 business days after your order is placed.

SHIPPING TO NEW ZEALAND

We offer a $20 flat rate on all orders for our New Zealand customers.

All New Zealand orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

  • Delivery made between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday. Products normally dispatched within 2 business days. 
  • Please note that for international shipping to New Zealand, speed will depend on the logistic company. We have minimal things can help. Thank you for your understanding
  • We are developing our New Zealand warehouses, hope we can see you soon in New Zealand. (Please contact us if you are interested in having our products locally in New Zealand)

DailyLab does not currently offer international shipping to countries outside of Australia and New Zealand. 

 

Can I track my order?

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a full refund or replacement within 30 days.

Please NOTE, due to the special characteristic of scented products, it will be affecting our re-sell if the sealed structure is damaged. Thus, we are NOT accepting returns with subjective reasons, eg. change of mind/don't like the smell etc. We will only accept returns if it is a quality issue. 


Returned goods must be in un-used condition with packaging and order confirmation included.


Please allow 3 to 7 days for processing and understand that we cannot refund postage and packaging unless goods are deemed to be faulty.
The customer is responsible for return shipping.
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us through the Contact us page. 

How long does it take to return an item?

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within five business days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Misc

Do you sell gift vouchers?

Yes, we do. These are issued electronically by email and each contains a unique reference number. Our gift vouchers are ideal if you’re not sure what to get that special person in your life. Simply buy a gift voucher instead for the value of $50, $100, $150.
